Governance - Paster

The pastor of St. James of the Valley is the representative of the Archbishop and is responsible for every aspect of the life of the parish, including its education programs. He is assisted in this educational ministry by the school religion coordinator, school principal, the Parish Council, and the Education Commission.

The pastor delegates the administration of the school to the principal, who directs the religious education and academic programs of the school, assisted by the school religion coordinator and the Education Commission.

As the spiritual leader of the school, the pastor shares with the administration, faculty, parents, and other members of the parish his views of religious education. He is involved in the sacramental programs and worship experiences for the children.
